Jennifer Snowdon

Yoga Teacher, Buteyko Educator
Moncton, Canada

Jennifer Snowdon is an experienced Yoga Teacher, Buteyko Educator, and Integrative Breathing Therapy Practitioner living and working on the east coast of Canada in Moncton, NB.

Following her passion for movement and yoga, the recognition of the necessity for trauma education, and her curiosity about the chemistry of breathing, she was led to Integrative Breathing Therapy. She’s excited to be bringing IBT to her small local community, as well as spreading word of it through the broader yoga community where she teaches classes and leads trainings on the intersection of yogic and functional breathing.

Jennifer is currently studying yoga therapy, and is looking forward to incorporating IBT principles and tools in a therapeutic yoga setting.

Jennifer enjoys baking sourdough bread, knitting, has a black belt in Haidong Gumdo (a Korean martial art which uses swords), is a runner, and loves to spend time outdoors. She lives in Moncton with her husband, two cats, and one of her three children
